Where to send questions

Please send all customer support and technical questions to hello@jenniferayakolee.com and someone from the team will get back to you. The more detailed and specific you can be about the nature of your issue, the easier it will be for us to assist you.

If you’re in a private Facebook group for one of our courses or programs, please refrain from direct messaging our course facilitators or posting tech questions on the FB group as requests may get missed and it’s difficult for our team to keep track. Your best bet is to e-mail hello@jenniferayakolee.com. Our team is happy to help. Thanks!

Access to Courses

Please note that there might be a delay of up to 5 minutes after you receive your confirmation email for your program to appear on the home page. Wait a few minutes and then refresh your browser window and your program icon should show up.
